                 "ADVERSE EFFECTS OF "WHITE" MEAT WHICH IS NOT "REALLY WHITE" 




            Now-a-days eating healthy food is one of the most concerned issue of everyone's life even in eastern countries  as the awareness is being created in masses more people moved towards health meal.
      In western countries fast/Junk food is much more liked while in eastern countries we almost prefer pure "DESI food".
After time passed and people came to know  about the facts and figures (of Junk food) and  adverse effects of eating Junk food.


            So now people are more awared of adverse effects of  FAST FOOD
                 Similarly , The broiler  chicken came from west to east under slogan of "white meat" which doesn't really behave as white meat because according to report ,Facts & Figures eating chicken (broiler)  we have more high level of cholesterol (low,Density lipo proteins)  and more calories as compared to beef and goat meat.
                     So, We cant get that much calories cholesterol and fat by eating mutton.
